The Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic appreciates the calm and transparent course of the Ukrainian parliamentary elections that were held in compliance with international standards. We believe in the creation of a new government with a strong democratic mandate, with which the Slovak Republic is ready to cooperate on deepening good neighborhood relations and bilateral contacts. The Slovak Republic continuously supports the process of reform in Ukraine, the successful management of which is the basis for its European and Euro-Atlantic aspirations. The Slovak Republic continues to support the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine within its internationally recognized borders.
