Slovak Police Catch Nigerian Smuggler With 300g of Cocaine in His Body

Slovakia, Bratislava - The Police Presidium of Slovak Republic informed that Slovak Anti-drug Office has arrested a 46-year-old Nigerian suspected of importing cocaine into Slovakia.
The smuggler was caught at Bratislava Airport on December 31 after arriving on a flight from Girona. The seized cocaine, which was probably heading for the Austrian black market, would have provided 7,000 doses with a total value of €115,000.

Slovak-Ukrainian Border Crossing Ubla to Open for Motor Vehicles Sunday Morning

Motor vehicles will be again allowed to cross the Schengen zone border with Ukraine at the Slovak-Ukrainian checkpoint Ubla as of Sunday, November 29. The ban still holds for pedestrians. The physicians were recalled from the border crossings, but police and customs officers continue to use protective face masks and disposable gloves.
