Fresh Volcanic Ash Hasn't Disrupted Flights From Bratislava
May 10, 2010.

Fresh plumes of ash from the Icelandic volcano that are currently moving across Europe aren't expected to affect flights from Bratislava's M.R. Stefanik Airport, airport spokesperson Dana Madunicka informed on Monday.
"Air carriers haven't notified us of any flight cancellations for today (Monday)," she said, adding that the country's airspace remains open. But a change of wind direction may change the situation.
Hundreds of flights were grounded throughout Europe over the weekend after Eyjafjallajokull volcano began erupting with renewed force, spewing fresh ash into the air.
